Did drive-thru with my niece at 12:30 on 6/21/23. Usually, I have had ok experiences with this DQ. The gal (large, white, brown hair, married) that took our order was nasty and rude from “welcome” to the moment she slammed the window in our faces and stormed away, making a Hispanic guy finish giving us the pretzels. She refused to accommodate the simplest requests (warm up the brownie, napkins), never said thank you, and was an all-around horrible example of customer service, DQ, and even a human being in general. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Worst food ever! Chicken strips were burnt and dry, burgers were the same, and buns stale. Employees didn’t look like they had the best hygiene. We ate only a few bites of food and tossed the rest in fear we would have food poisoning later.

Employees VERY RUDE!! 5/4/23 who ever the workers were, were extremely rude when we told them they messed up on blizzards & gave us the wrong sizes and the flavors. Worker told us so what you’re not going to eat them. Then proceeded to roll her eyes. We just kept them and left.

0/5 Worst DQ in the area. Found wire or fishing line maybe packaging rope inside my burger. Very poor experience. Won’t be back to this location. If you so choose to visit this location yourself be sure to check your order inside and out thoroughly.

I thought they were done serving old food but I guess not….my fries were salty and soggy and the tenders hard neither being warmer than a baby’s bottle!! I’m not sure how they stay in business during the winter

Very poor service with the older lady, I got a chicken strip basket, and I just wanted an extra ranch and she told me it was a charge so I simply said my food was very cold so could we even it out? When got very snappy and told me it was just made. Along with that as well my coworkers food came out wrong and she didn’t want to make it at first then came out and then told us the cashier hit the wrong button.

Place is dirty, I ordered the chicken strip basket and my food tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in a while. Staff is not the friendliest. Would rather go to Spirit Lake Dairy Queen.

If I could give negative stars I would. Went thru the drive thru, ordered a blizzard and 3 orders of fries. The fries were half full along with cold and nasty. When we brought this to the attention of the worker we were told that the fries are on a 30 minute rotation so they were still fine. When I disagreed the worker became snotty and rude. I then asked to speak with the manager to which the worker told me to go around to the front. The manager came out with fresh fries but proceeded to tell me that if I wanted fresh fries I needed to tell them that when I was placing my order. Wth? I didn’t know I needed to ask for fresh food, not something that’s been sitting out for 30 minutes. I told the manager this who was extremely rude and told me I could just not come back again. I told her that wouldn’t be a problem.
