This place is absolutely filthy inside. Flies are everywhere, including around and on open containers of dessert toppings. The floor is sticky to the point of actually impeding the ability to walk across it. There were spills everywhere I looked, even at the cash registers. As I looked back into the kitchen I saw more of the same. This place is a health department closure waiting to happen.

Small town. Food was great. Thought i was at the Walmart for a sec, but remembered I was in small town America. So it was perfect. No fcks giving. Definitely going back.

Perhaps the hours are wrong on Google, but the Open sign is on and they tell us the lobby is closed. In other words, they take every opportunity to shut the registers down early and hope no one else comes in.

Food was really good. I am a tenderloin enthusiast, so I ordered it since they had 2 for 7. All of the family enjoyed the friends and onion rings, along with the chili dog and 1/4 cheeseburger.

Waited at drive thru for 45 minutes and then didn’t get our entire order so we had to wait another 10 for the rest of it

***This is an updated review 7/17/2023: Yes— I’ve been visiting this place for years. But the last year or so things have gone completely wrong. My original review was 5 stars. Unfortunately, The service is awful. As others have stated— melted ice cream, wrong food, missing food, lemonade that has no flavor before they send it out, are just a few of the issue with the food. But the service is they don’t seem to care! Since the older gal retired a couple months ago— things have gotten even worse. I waited in line last night for over 40 minutes. The inside was not busy— only one or two cars in the parking lot. It was 7pm when I got there and I waited in line for a long time. Finally ordered two mini blizzards. Got up to the window and paid quickly. The attendant had me move ahead. Which I did. But literally I only had two mini blizzard so that shouldn’t have taken long. There was not one else in front of me. The car behind me was still at the thing to order. Waiting. Finally they moved ahead to the first window and we both waited an extremely long time again. Pretty soon— I see them start handing mini blizzards out the window to the car behind me— 4 of them and ice cream cones as well. As I am sitting waiting for my two mini blizzards. My order was in at least 10 minutes before the car behind me. I started yelling to get someone’s attention. The boy that is working the window and who has screwed up my order before and who doesn’t seem very good at communicating just looks at me. Finally he comes to the second window and I say how we only have two mini blizzards and he handed out four to the last car. He asked what kind and I tell him. I ask to speak to the girl who took my money and she could apparently not come to the window to speak to me about my order. He leaves and I wait some more. Then a different girl comes to the window with one blizzard. And tells me it’s a different kind than we ordered. At this point it’s been almost 40 minutes. I say— no that’s not what we ordered. Please just give me my money back. She said she had just gotten there and she was nice and I could tell equally frustrated with the way things were happening. She left. A few minutes later the boy came back with our two mini blizzards and also handed my money to me all rolled up and dropped all the change handing it to me. This is at least three times I have had this kid wait on me and the order not being right. It’s sad to see what DQ has become. I never see the owner working in there anymore. And clearly they need some management and people who can teach all these kids that work there what to do. The older workers that are there now— don’t have customer service etiquette. Love DQ but until they figure out a few things I am not going back. I am willing to overlook a few mistakes because it’s great they hire kids— but this is constant now and has gone down so much since Covid over the last couple years. Whoever is hiring needs to consider who they are hiring.
