Sometimes the service sucks here but I went the other night and the service was great. We decided before they closed to get DQ. They weren’t rude at all and they were very patient with me and my son. They have great daily specials!

The facility is filthy, far too hot inside, and the service is poor at best. Purchased 12 Dilly Bars which should have been packaged in two boxes but, were just put into bags. They were smashed when I got home (5 blocks away) and were barely coated. They appear to have been smashed in their freezer as they were still well frozen when I got home.

Will never come here again. Was cockroach between table and window. It was also over 90 degrees inside. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the burger was made of bad meat. Tomatoes on his sandwich were old and watery. I ordered a chicken strip basket. The chicken strips were only half the size. The gravy was old and only warmed up. The whole meal was disgusting and went straight to the trash.

It took 10 minutes to get our order but they were busy, so I wasn’t super concerned about it since I wasn’t in a hurry. Another guest was skipped and when she approached the counter to inquire about the delay, the cashier seemed more concerned with how this wasn’t her fault than with actually caring for her guest. The manager further disappointed by simply refunding the women’s money without a sincere apology. It was a missed opportunity to save a guest and in turn showed me that they aren’t interested in caring for the guests.

We ordered a small Butterscotch Dipped Ice Cream Cone, a medium Jurassic Chomp Blizzard and a Peanut Butter Parfait. Our service was quick and our order was generous. We will definately go back. The only downside is there is no public restroom so we had no way to wash sticky hands and faces.

Ordered 2 chocolate malts, one medium and one large, got served large chocolate malt and a medium marshmallow. ..said that is not right, the looked at receipt and said that is what you ordered…it was nasty..did not feel like arguing. .then the pulled pork sandwich was even nastier meat on a very small slider bun, with a dab of barbecue, bun tough and chewy…do not go to Niles dairy queen. ..minus 3 on stars

The indoor room was VERY hot. The AC was out or something. The moment I walked in(I didnt plan to buy icecream) I instantly felt the need to buy a large cone. We were holding the door open to allow cooler air in.

This place is becoming run down and unfortunately the employees there have no control over it. You will literally die of a heat stroke inside that place. They dont have no ac and they dont even open the double doors anymore to at least let som air in. We sat there 20 minutes waiting on a blizzard before they finally told us the blender was broke and had to refund our money. This place needs some serious help.
