Just ordered off of DoorDash and I feel that if I went in person this wouldn’t have happened. The ice cream cost over $11 because it was a Sundae but when it arrived there was only two tiny scoops in it mostly whipped cream. It didn’t even fill the entire cup. Then when I did eat the ice cream part, I felt ice break in my mouth. Horrible experience. And I bought two.

I was here earlier this evening with my family. We walked up to the window and we were deciding what we wanted while the family in front of us ordered. Well, when we walked up to the window they closed it and put the “closed” sign up. Multiple employees saw us looking at the menu and nobody asked if they could take our order before closing the counter or told us that they couldn’t take any more orders at the walk up window. When we tried to tell them that we had already been at the window the employee just waved us off and said they couldn’t help us. Incredibly rude and the lack of communication was borderline disrespectful. I’m not sure why they closed the walk in window in front of a family but I’m generally very understanding, and if they had explained what was going on then this would be a different story. We were so upset we decided to drive to chocolate moose instead of getting in the drive in line

it’s a DQ, and you get what you get at a regular DQ. the employees here are great, they are fast, friendly, and accurate with your order. my problem with the location is that they only allow drive through, and cars often back out into S. Walnut Street. Why not utilize the huge area in front and add some tables with umbrellas and allow walk-up order?
