Well, their food is always hot/fresh, but bad service most times. I stopped in to get a 4 piece basket, got 2 and a half chicken strips. Those are way too expensive to be getting only 2 and a half pieces of chicken.Other than that haven’t had issues, just need to work on accuracy/ basic math.

Just stopped in for a shake break. Grabbed two shake, the staff was having having problems with the ice cream machine but got it going quickly. Shakes were great.

I just had a blizzard from this Auburn location and as soon as I took one bite I had a very bitter, almost chemical taste in my mouth. I couldn’t finish it for this reason. I’m very disappointed, almost seems like they didn’t rinse the machine very well after cleaning.

The best place for ice cream. Love going there for a large vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. Yummy!

No restroom, and some of the staff seemed clueless, I ordered onion rings, but got fries, when I asked about it, the young girl just got a blank look on her face and showed me where it said fries on the receipt, she never offered to make it right.

Husband just left there, and this is what the employees think is acceptable to give a customer. The bread was stale, rubbery, and not even edible. This is disgusting. This was supposed to be garlic bread. Today’s date 4-10-22 around 4:30 pm.

Auburn reeses blizzard is horribly made. When I get one from Auburn it’s like I ordered a Hershey bar blizzard no peanut butter chunks at all. When I go to angola or kendiville I get big chunks of peanut butter. Sooo I go to kendiville and Angola now.

Stopped in today. There was an issue with their machine and it was restarting. They apologized and told me before they billed me. Excellent customer service. They were very friendly and accommodating. I waited, because I wanted cotton candy blizzards, because they’re awesome. They thanked me again, I thanked them again. If only every interaction was like this. Kudos to the whole crew there today!
