I just ordered from them today, I just recently tried calling up there twice and it’s just been ringing. I ordered a 4 piece tender basket that includes the one free sauce I got honey mustard and the 2 sauces I paid for but did not receive ( another honey mustard and a ranch) on top of that I checked the utensils button and did not receive any of those items no napkins or anything. Plus I had a special instruction for the misty slush for the ice cream to be in it and blended because they don’t have that feature on the app. I was given the wrong sauce and my fries are soggy. Even though it’s just a couple of cents I still want my money back. If I didn’t receive it I shouldn’t have to pay for it.

This is a two visit review. The pics you see here are for the Flame Thrower Grill Burger & bacon cheese burger. Neither sandwich was made correctly and waiting in line over 20 minutes makes the first visit an unfortunate experience.

Went for a strawberry shake and strawberry sundae the strawberry syrup was so runny I was disappointed my first experience was good I was impressed with the shake so when I was on that side of town I was happy to get another to my surprise it was disgusting!!

I went through the drive-through at 9:30pm and ordered one small sundae and one medium blizzard. The total was approximately $10. I drove around to the window and gave them my credit card. My order was correct but I was charged $24.11. They did not hand me a receipt, I didn’t notice until I looked at my bank acct. the next morning. At the window they told me it was $10 and some change, but charge my card $24.11. I have called for hours and no one will answer their phone. This place is a joke. Way to many bad reviews for a business. Needs to be addressed.
