Just left DQ. Terrible Experience. I’m never going back to this location. I pull up and start to order. I only get a couple words out before he interrupts me and says they only have blah, blah, blah. He was speaking so fast that I couldn’t even make out what he was saying. So I reiterate my order since I never got it out in the first place. He tells me they don’t have brownies. Okay. No sorry, or any semblance of politeness. Okay I order a vanilla milkshake. I get up to the window and try to hand the woman my card. She says they have a five dollar minimum (The shake is $4). Once, again no “I’m sorry” or anything I’m made to feel like an inconvenience. I say that I don’t have any cash. She asks me if I want to buy something else. I said no. She says okay and closes the window on me. Once again, nothing but rudeness. For starters, if you are putting a $5 minimum to buy with a card, you shouldn’t be in business in this day and age. Eat the five cent fee. I’m sorry. You should teach your employees that phrase too.

The food was great, Mandy and Brandon work seamlessly as a team and Jordan was awesome at backing up the other two. The reason I gave only 3 stars on atmosphere was because this place is in desperate need of renovations inside and out! The parking lot is small and riddled with potholes, one of which is big enough to loose a small car inside, the drive through is extremely awkward to get in, the inside is kinda dull, but clean. The inside could definitely use a whole renovation, seriously doubt a fresh coat of paint would help.

This Dairy Queen has been in need of major repair for years. Everything is dirty, the drive through speaker is always broken, and they always have the doors to the lobby locked. Almost every time I order a brownie cupfection it comes without the brownie. The drive through line is always backed up, and there’s no way to leave once you’re in. I’ve waited in the line an hour before close multiple times and then was told they wouldn’t take my order once I finally got to the window because it was past closing time. You really never know what you’re going to get with this DQ, but more than likely you’ll be disappointed.

Awful experience and immature employees. I asked for a mini cookie dough blizzard made with chocolate icecream, the worker hands me one made with vanilla I politely told her it was supposed to be chocolate she appologizes and makes the chocolate brings it out and it’s so runny I would consider it milkshake. I ask why and she states “there chocolate is always like that” well then there is obviously a problem. I tell her I would just take the vanilla when I took a bite and scooped through there was barely any cookie dough which at this point whatever but I decided I would just ask for a refund. I walk in and the workers backs are towards me so they don’t realize I’m in the location. They are having a full conversation about how awful I am. Inappropriate to say the least. Not proper customer care at all.

31 of my 60 minutes was spent waiting on my food. I was the only one in line. Cheese wasn’t even melted, everything was cold.. even the burnt-to-a-crisp patties on my flamethrower burger. Speaker did not work. I feel bad for the folks that were behind me in line.

We pulled up to the window with only 2 cars in front of us and waited 25 minutes. They were out out many items that we wanted. They also informed us after we ordered it was cash only. When I received my blizzard it was vanilla and a few chocolate chunks. (I ordered s’mores) I was disappointed in my experience and will not be back.

What in the off-brand of all Dairy Queen’s did I just visit?!? This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a DG. My burger didn’t have any toppings I asked for and my cheese wasn’t even melted.
