This is not a normal DQ. The ice cream products are normal, but the food is way below normal DQ quality, with most foods being completely different than normal. —- I originally did my review just after my visit. The Store Owner did respond as it appears they do for any other bad reviews. It was pretty disappointing that they slap in the same response to every complaint. So, bottom line, they have no thought to improve their food quality. I’m not sure what the requirements are for keeping the “Dairy Queen” name on your restaurant, but this one should be close to losing that label. The only reason I pulled off the interstate was because of the Name. You should value that name and try to get closer to DQ food quality. I moved my review to 1 star because of the empty response.

This location used to have some charm to it, they did things their way and it was honestly better than what corporate did. But they switched over to corporate stuff leaving only a few of the original changes that made this location good behind. I will not be eating here again, among other things portion sizes are wayyy too small to justify the food prices.

The food is disgusting. You pay a premium for less than sub-par food. The ranch is literally the consistency of water. The sweet and sour sauce has chopsticks and egg rolls pictured on it and the sauce itself reflects the intended use, not for chicken strips. This place seriously needs to just stop selling food. Spend your money elsewhere.

Has really went downhill. Ice cream is usually so soft u can’t get a cone. All kinds of kids standing behind the counter talking about everything but waiting on customers. Service is slow and place is dirty.

All I can say is wow! This place went to hell fast! So many people behind the counter playing but the tables and pop station are filthy! I ordered breaded mushrooms and she brings my food and says we have no mushrooms to put on your sandwich. What?

Sad that BG Dairy Queen can’t honor the main company franchise promotions stated on the company web app. With a blizzard that no longer extends 3 inches above the cup rim (as in the days of Chip Myles), it’s hard to sell this former patron a $4.00+ blizzard when an entire gallon of ice cream can be purchased for less.
