First let’s talk about the service. When I pulled up to the window, the kid opened the window and just started at me until I gave him my method of payment, then shut the window. No hello, how are ya? Tell me my total, nothing. Didn’t even crack a smile. Then when we received our food, the girl who brought it out to us also didn’t crack a smile. Customer service is not a thing anymore?!?! And then I paid for a chicken box and received a total of like 13 french, dramatic ? Maybe but you can see the picture yourself. No I didn’t take any out either, I’m not petty.

We got a burger and fries and a 4 piece chicken strip meal and two times that we have eaten there half our fries were frozen in the middle!! The employees are not very friendly and the this week two employees were in a screaming match with each other!! Not impressed with the place what so ever.

I had an order for my office, ordered 3 chili dogs w/ cheese, had a discussion about it with the lady over the drive thru window. Was charged for what I ordered. To my surprise, what I got was 3 cold, gross, plain hot dogs. When I called DQ immediately back, no one answered. A few hours later i got through and explained the situation (and i was not rude or even upset). But neither the employee or manager apologized, if anything the Manager acted annoyed. Said if i didn’t keep the product she couldn’t do anything and hung up!!! So disappointing. Poor customer service and 2 ruined lunches.

Called in to see how their wait was, the employee was very disrespectful . When asked for the manager it was about a 5 minuet wait until the manager came to the phone .Told me her name was Rachel and then once I was done speaking with her about my issue with her employee she hung up on me mid sentence. Love customer service here.
