We went through and ordered 3 blizzards. Every one of them had a hair in it. They do not answer the phone, and there is no contact information for a manager or franchise owner.

The manager lady here needs to check her attitude… She was so rude to me in front of other customers and in front of my daughter. Not only that, she treated her coworkers like garbage. She had one girl who I think was new almost in tears. No one should have to deal with that. Get a new manager. If you hate your job that much just quit!

I went through the drive-thru earlier this evening. Service was fast and friendly. However, the food was packaged in such a way that three burgers and three lg cheese curds were stacked in a medium bag. When I got home and picked up this full bag, it ripped down the side, causing all the food to spill out into my car. I returned to DQ for a refund or replacement. Was greeted pleasantly by a cashier who took my complaint. However, the manager who handled the decision was plain rude. I explained the situation. The employees stacked a bag too full. The manager scowled at me and replied with: “I aM nOt replAcing something YOU dropped at YOUR hoUsE. If you want AnYthing I’ll have to charge you again.” I will not be returning and suggest that if you are inclined to be rude to customers, get a better job.
