I ordered a choco brownie xtreme blizzard cake . The chocolate ice cream could have a more chocolate taste to it ,and brownies inside tasted like they were stale had an off taste.The cake was decorated nice the appearance of the cake was very professional. horrible service. Horrible attitude from all servers. I ordered a New York cheesecake blizzard and the woman told me there was no more strawberry so I asked for something else which was revolting and made with no care. The ice cream was very good..service was fast and good as well. My only problem is the female with the chestnut color hair was very rude to another customer. He didn’t hear her call out his order and when he asked if it was his she had the nastiest attitude ever towards him.

I went there to get an ice cream cake for my son, they are the best. And I decide to order a cheese and bacon fries. They were horrible, I think the fries are reheated and the cheese was gummy and nasty. Sorry but not again.

Want to make sure it is understood that this rating is only for this Dairy Queen in Haines City. We walked into the store, with our masks on, to get the new Girls Scout Mint Cookie Blizzard. We have been seriously looking forward to having one and we happen to be there for an errand in town. Only one person was sitting at a table waiting for something. Two or three people were working, we weren’t sure who was in the back. Neither person said hi, or acknowledged us at all. We were ignored completely waiting to be helped. After between 5-10 minutes of standing there we just left and never got our Blizzards. If they would have at least said, “Hi, we’ll be with you in a moment” we would have waited. Guess I’ll have to wait for this Blizzard until I go to the Lakeland DQ. BEST ever service there.

Worst Dairy Queen ever. The kids working on April 20, 2023, do not belong in customer service. Rude and not helpfull and rip off customers. Charge extra for toppings then refuse to put them on . They seemed angry we came in for icecream. WORST STOP for our favorite dessert
