Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:21 behind a car that had been there a minute or 2 before me. We both sat there for 3-4 minutes waiting before a lady came outside telling the car in front of me and I that they were already closed. So do they close at 9:30 on weekdays or whenever they feel like?

Only 1 girl working the register inside. Also, got order mixed up (only rang up 1 item & then changed it to add cheese on it instead of cheese on the 2 CHEESEburgers in the order).

I went to DQ today to get hot dog combo and a ice cream. The hot was cold and so was the bun. They slaw was dry, it’s what’s the same slaw I had in the past.

This place is a joke $3 + for cold soggy fries and at that 4 orders of them today so where the onion rings and the previous time of being thieir sloppy exspensive ice cream deserts when i took my kids for a reward for great grades, yall have to do better thier is standards you r a chain resturant and iv never been to a dq this sloppy and lazy . Rude cashier at 3 pm today . They gave an Mexican family 3 free waters today but wanted to charge my white son for one after spending $20 on cold food….. …. seriously ????????? Get it togather yall !!!!!!! We wont be returning .

Passed by the other day to buy my kids some food, service was slow but great overall , I remember few months ago seeing a short Mexican girl working that drive thru like fast by herself had the most nicest customer service ever!! Ordered me a dipped cone and she made it so beautiful And would always be quick to hand out my food fastest and most polite customer service

Just left here, got 2 double cheeseburgers, they was so dry and overcooked…went right in the trash sigh what happened DQ and why was the hamburger patties so slim it looked like McDonald’s? What a sad day and money wasted.
