Ordered 2 salads one with fried chicken that was actually over cooked and one with chicken on the side. These are how our salads were presented to us. We didn’t want a refund we just wanted our salads redone and look more worth edible. The tomatoes are not even red. More like pink, barely no cheese. The salad looks like they through a bunch of the ends pieces. I was told this is a franchise, so no refund nor exchange. He didn’t want to provide his name and felt as if we were argumentative about wanting our salads redone. I spent my hard earned money to deserve a salad that looks distasteful. Imagine you go out and you were being served like this? Would you think this acceptable? I’m pretty sure that you’ll want your food redone as well. As much as I loved coming to Dairy Queen. I will NEVER return to your establishment!!!!!

Dont come here! They have the worst service! I order a dipped chocolate in a cup for my daughter with extra chocolate that the guy working charged me for but took issues when I confirmed and ask him to make sure she gave me what I paid for. Once I got home my daughter and I realize that the chocolate never hardened. She tasted it and made me awear that it was the wrong chocolate… he put Sunday chocolate on the ice cream instead. I called them once I realized what the issue was and he told me. Oh well, there’s nothing he can do about it. I should trust my instinct with his poor oral hygiene but i decided to still patronize them and look at where we are now. Such an unfortunate situation and poor service!

Workers were kind and the food was great! However, the system that the workers are using is extremely old and needs to be updated. The buttons on the card reader are all faded. I used to work at a Dairy Queen and we had electronic system that was easy to use, I don’t know what cash register system they have here but it looks confusing. I just think it would be more beneficial for the workers if they had an up to date system.

I have eaten at this Dairy Queen since childhood, however, I will not be going back. My last visit I suspected I was being overcharged but didn’t think to much about it because food cost are escalating. I got home and my takeout order wasn’t correct. When I returned instead of adding the coleslaw to my footlong hotdog I was told that I didn’t order or pay for that. Of course I wasn’t given a receipt in my bag so I didn’t have a way to legally refute this but I always order them the exact same way. If my patronage is thought so little of that I don’t merit a side order of slaw then I will take my business elsewhere. Common sense should have registered with the owner that nobody would turn around and drive several miles in each direction to hustle or steal an order of coleslaw, not to mention while their food order was assuming room temperature and don’t forget the blizzard that was melting in wait! Any owner/operator who is this ridiculously cheap is undeserving of my hard earned dollars ! Be sure to always request and check your receipt from all businesses plus check your to go orders carefully before walking away! There are so many business owners who are out to take advantage of the customer “by any means necessary.” I grew up in a different time when the customer was always right within reason, however, that standard of conducting business seems to have become a relic of the hopelessly sentimental in today’s world.

Best DQ meal ever! We pulled up 1 minute before closing and the owners were kind and made us a great meal. We traveled about 11 hours by car that day and wanted to eat before checking into hotel. The DQ owners made our day and did it with a smile. Thank you!
