I recently purchased a 10 inch ice cream cake for a birthday party. I highly recommend using another location if you care about presentation. The cashier was proud of this as she explained she had made this one up herself. I really didn’t check too much into it because honestly it’s an ice cream cake with three words on it. Coming from a grown woman I would have expected better I guess. Oh well you live and learn with some retail locations.

Stay away. The health department score is terrible and the franchisee cheats his employees out of money. Do not allow your children to work here. Just moved here and my 17 year old was wanting a job quickly so he can have money to do what 17 year olds do. After careful consideration, we decided to enroll him into another high school outside of this district so we encouraged him to get a job closer to the school he’ll be attending. Anyway, after a bogus week long trial period, the franchisee promised my son $10/hr. due to his great work ethic. He asked him to keep his salary to himself because evidently, other people start at less. Right before my son’s first paycheck, he turns in his two week notice. He was given the option to stay the two weeks or since the pay period was ending, he could go ahead and leave. He chose to leave. When he goes in to pick up his check, the hourly rate was $8/hr instead of $10/hr, supposedly because he chose to leave. I’ve tried calling numerous times, leaving messages and going to the store to see if he was in to discuss this matter. After having conversations with two other employees, come to find out my son isn’t the only person they guy had cheated. I guess it’s his regular business practice and how he pays to bring his terrible health department score up to par. Prince, if you see this, stop being a thief and return my messages and pay my son what you owe him or I’ll be forced to escalate this to corporate and the better business bureau.

The rationale behind assigning a rating of one star for the service stems from the behavior exhibited by a particular employee towards customers and fellow colleagues who were diligently fulfilling their duties. Specifically, on August Sunday the 27th at approximately 8pm, this individual manned the cashier position and displayed an excessive level of rudeness towards an elderly lady who appeared perplexed and sought some assistance. It is imperative that Dairy Queen address this matter in a timely manner. Moreover, this employee nearly collided with an elderly gentleman and exhibited improper handling of trays by recklessly throwing them.

Asked for advertised special of 2 chili dog combo. Cashier rang up full price and gave 1 chili dog. Then the cashier got an attitude and argued with me. They refused to make it right and started to bad talk me amongst themselves. What food I got was cold and inedible. I’ve never seen a restaurant so dirty and never been treated so badly. Left hungry and mad. Will never be back to this location and will let friends and relatives know about this place!

I would avoid this place at all cost. Went there to get a dinner and ice cream what I received was a nasty dinner my gravy was microwaved and clumpy,my toast I paided extra for was burnt and on top of it they put butter that wouldn’t even melt. On the cheeseburger all you could taste is mustard and pickle they put so much. Fries were not cooked all the way. They made our ice creams before they even started our food so they were nice and melted by the time we were to eat them. There were a bunch of young people working with no supervision no uniforms no name tags dressed however they wanted. While I was finishing up eating with my mom one of the workers decides to start cussing a customer and get in her face finally a guy comes out of the back apologizing but the girl is still running her mouth behind the counter he does nothing about it she continues working like nothing happened. A terrible business.

The outside appearance of the store is not being kept up at all. Dead shrubs and unmaintained grass everywhere. Wait time in the drive through was extremely long for there not to have been any cars in front of me and I was at the window to receive my order, also in appeared that there were no customers in the restaurant. I ordered 2 blizzard, both were soupy like chocolate milkshake had been used when chocolate wasn’t the base of the blizzard. I will not patronize this location ever again and will take the drive to Dallas.

I would give this place zero stars but had to rate in order to give my opinion. First off I don’t know how this DQ is still open. We have gone several times and I always say we will not come back. The inside dining is gross. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned good in months. Everytime we go there are young kids working in the back who don’t give a rip about serving you. The last time we went customers where complaining of their orders and the girl who took our order was walking around with no shoes on. How in the heck does this go on??? I know the owner could care less. I will be doing further reporting.
