20 years ago I would have given this dairy queen 10 stars they were that excellent, but now I hated to even give the 1star that I had to give to be able to continue with the review. We came for lunch today at 11:30 am, the staff was friendly! But working the counter by herself we ordered 2 chicken strip baskets we asked for slushes for the drink machine was out of order, then we asked for sweet tea and it wasn’t ready yet, so we settled for root beer that was flat with no carbonation. The staff behind the counter had so many people in line ordering food she ended up having to give us our sundaes way before our meal was ready well I don’t have to tell you how that turned out yuck. This was our last time to every come to this dairy queen and we live in Summerton. But we would rather make the 45 to 50 minute trip to the one in Goose Creek, they are cleaner, more staff and more professional, the way you were way back when. .

Walked into nostalgia! We dropped in before our long trip home and I was so happy! Cute souvenirs and interesting fairly priced items you don’t usually see at regular shops. It’s so nice to see a good clean Stuckies with friendly faces. Full of old fashioned candy items. Magnets, falsa blankets, hats, glass art, stickers, metal signs, gator jerky, log rolls, a few stukeys made sweets but no stuckeys salt water taffy. They have some there but it’s not assorted in the boxes like they used to be and a different brand. Maybe they’re discontinued? Anyway overall a fun place to stop. We got lunch at Dairy Queen and the food was fresh and oh so good. Employees were super Stop in! You’ll enjoy it if you like knick knacks and frozen treats. It’s clean and nice and cool inside. Also gas is priced right!! Thank you guys for keeping this place up so well and running. I had a wonderful visit and everyone enjoyed this little stop! We will hands down be back.

Stop in for a bathroom break on a trip. Decided to get some ice-cream then back on the road. The location was old school with cashier writing down orders. Which is different but that didn’t affect this review. My concern was the filthy floors and walls. Which looked like no one has cleaned in decades.

So stopped for bathrooms, dog park, food, the regular road trip things and first off the bathrooms were the only thing semi decent. I just wanted to get chicken strips and was charged 2 dollars per strip, where as it would have been cheaper to waste there food and packaging and buy the meal. Service was sloppy and rude, banging on counters while customers are in there dining. The dog park is terribly over grown and they have cat hotels right next to it. As if the pups will do there business with that set up. The enclosure is nice but there are gouging holes with huge puddles and the grass comes way up past the ankles. Between the grease dump, dumpster, and cats at work condos, I wouldn’t suggest this a safe or friendly place to bring the pups

Friendly and helpful service. Blizzard and sundae were great get them to go with spoon on side and you can stick in freezer to have little at a time or all at once

Staff is always extremely rude. First time I came in they didn’t want to make fries because it was about an hour before closing time. I also heard the other employee say they were no longer taking food orders. I came a second time at lunch and asked for gravy as my dipping sauce and was told they didn’t have any made. I asked how long it would take to be made and I was told they didn’t know. I kindly asked if it could be made and that I didn’t mind waiting and the stuff had an attitude when asking if anyone there even knew how to make it.

No not open till nine here. It is 816 and I’m back home. Got the door closed in my face at 7:55. We’re locals and this is about the third trip we made randomly over the last month and they’ve been either closed her out of ice cream no more.

Looked clean and was nice quick stop for a charge and some snacks during the day. Drove by at night and needs more lighting to feel more secure.

Sto0ed in to get ice cream and was met with excellent service and helpful employees. It was inside a Stuckeys which is a treat itself. There was a dog park

Really good DQ. Inside a Stuckeys. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Interesting that the location has a Telsa charging station.
