Last time I visited this DQ – the service was excellent and food and drink tasty and delicious. Not this time. First, I placed my order and sat for 20 minutes waiting for my number to be called. Finally walked up and asked if my order was ready. Nope – they didn’t print a ticket so it got lost somehow and the manager on duty made some excuse and started pulling my food together. Finally sat down and opened my burger and noticed the bun was crushed and food lukewarm. Let’s just say the food was edible and leave it at that. Barely. I also thought it was odd to see several people in street clothes walking in and going straight back to the cooking area and talking to employees who were working. Not sure if they were off duty employees or friends of employees – but seemed unsanitary for them to be strolling around where the food is being prepared. I personally will never eat at that DQ again. I hope others who choose to eat there have better luck and experience than I did!

The ice cream was great. The dining room and counter were closed, so it was drive through only. That caused a longer than normal wait time. But the staff was working hard and apologetic for the wait.

Dirty bathroom was gross. Cashier was annoyed we were there. Wait was exceptable. Filthy employees standing around like they had nothing to do. Will never return.

No dine in, only drive thru. It took a few mins to get thru the line. It looked like what I’m assuming is the owner/manager was the only person there. So he was making orders after taking the order. He was very nice and my blizzard was great. I feel bad that he don’t have any employees but maybe there is a bad reason for that. Either way my experience was good being he was the only one there.

I find it absolutely ridiculous that this place closes so early everyday. Must not like making money. I sat at the hotel next door and watched dozens if cars pull in and leave the hour after closing which is 6pm. I mean, most working people dont even get to eat anywhere until after 6, so none of them can get a treat.

It doesn’t deserve a star at all. Filthy, bathrooms were horrendous, splattered feces and urine everywhere. Ice machine in lobby hasn’t been maintenanced in who knows how long, it had mold and rust growing out of the top of the machine. My husband and I literally lost our appetites… the employees were lazy and attitudal. I do not recommend to say the least.

8 people working and still incompetent. Place is a total joke. Do not waste your time and money. Anywhere in town is better than this Dairy Queen.
