The drive thru is different. Doesn’t go along the side of the building like most drive thrus, the menu (where you order) is across the lot from the window so you make an upside down ‘U’ between the menu & window. There’s always a little bit of a wait here but it is said you can call & order ahead & it be ready say if you only had a few mins time for a lunch break. (Which is when I visit this place) I’m happy the small town of Terra Alta even has this as an option for when I don’t pack my lunch.

The food was good. They have cleaned the place up and have gotten caring workers. The food was not cold and they waited to make the sundaes until the food was done. Most of the time, they make the sundaes and the sit there and melt. Then when you leave they melt all over the place. Was much better this time then in the past. Keep up the good work new workers.!!!

Found hair in food kid named lucien funk did not help anyone on shift did not have a hair net on. Refused to give me a manager number and also corporate number. Disgusting place to go. So unprofessional and lazzy. Had to wait 30 minutes in a drive through. Also had to go inside to make this kid work. Should be terminated in my opinion. Just got a call back from a shift lead after being hung up on by said employee. Shift lead is stating west Virginia does not require safe surv in a kitchen at all times when in fact it’s a state law. Kept informing me that he would contact corporate but they never contact the terra Alta dairy queen. Kept telling me he was a manager witch also a lie.
