We have came to this Dairy Queen for years. My family and I are locals to Lewes and have lived here for over 20 years. My husband ordered a large blizzard with x-peanut butter cups. When we got out to the car we realized there was close to none. Since he paid for the x-tra my husband went back in and ask nicely for either more or if it could be remade. The short girl with the brown Shirley temple haircut and freckles on her face yelling out numbers refused to make it. She was useless, helpless, and full of attitude stated he was lying and didn’t know what he wanted her to do. She refused to remake it and would only refund him. My four year old was napping in the car after a tantrum and we were trying to get some adult time from it. We had no idea we would have to deal when a teenager on a power trip having one. My husband has been a UPS driver working over 20 years serving this community. This is by far worst customer service we have ever experienced.

This DQ has a really great staff! Friendly, reliable, cheerful and good communicators! The food was good- try the Alaskan Pollack fish sandwich. We recommend this nice spot next to the beach!

I trusted good reviews about this location, but I didn’t realise that it’s about their frozen deserts only. Please avoid buying burgers here – it tastes like the it’s been microwaved and not even grilled. Cleanliness of this location should be improved, too. The staff was friendly, but I don’t think I’d ever buy a burger at DQ again.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and was given a black and white with chocolate sauce dripping down the container. Rolled eyes at us for arriving at 9 when hours online clearly said 930. Worst Dairy Queen experience I have had.

It is so hot on the beach that you cant resist some ice cream. I always come here during a beach day, because it’s so good, expect long lines. The DQ has amazing staff who are friendly.
