My family and I just left this Dairy Queen. The lady that took our order corrected my daughter-in-law when she ordered a simple milkshake. Then she gave her an attitude and had very poor customer service when my daughter-in-law tried to explain what she wanted. Then I tried to order a milkshake, she gave me an attitude too. We paid for our order and left. We went out to our cars afterward and my daughter-in-law found some foreign rubbery substance in her milkshake. We didn’t even bother taking it back because of their lack of customer service. Also, there were so many flies inside the building, I can’t imagine them passing any health dept inspections. My family frequent Dairy Queen’s all over the country and have never been to such a disgusting establishment with disturbingly poor customer service. We will never go back to this one nor will we ever recommend it to anyone.

When I worked at a store close by to this DQ I’d frequent the establishment for lunch and it was always good. I’d always get my order in around 5 minutes, it would always be correct, and the customer service was always pleasant.

POOR customer Service.. the young lady didn’t even acknowledge us at first. We had to greet her!! She was definitely hired based on her loooks because she was dull and a true airhead..the older guy was creepy and had to make our order..im guessing the young girl didn’t know what lever was chocolate..she had a 50/50 chance and still messed up..odered a banana split with chocolate ice cream..the ice cream was just changed so it wasn’t set,so instead of asking us to come back or waiting they made us banana split SOUP!!! we also ordered a blizzard with oreos..the cookies were off brand and STALE AF!!!

Owner handled a already taken care of issue extremely unprofessionally. Instead of addressing it calmly he came out screaming and as an owner of any establishment he should have handled it professionally especially since it had already been resolved.

The place needed a good cleaning and the service was slow and there were only about 10 people in the place….you would have thought the line was out the door by how long it took us to get our food.
