We ordered 2 blizzards, pretzels, a hamburger and a chicken basket tonight. We were the only customers in there when we ordered. We were given 1 blizzard and then they served about 5 people who came in after us before finally giving us the 2nd blizzard about 15 minutes later. We then waited over 30 minutes and still didn’t get any food. After 35 minutes my husband asked about our food and they said oh sorry. I’m assuming they just forgot it because we then waited over 10 minutes before receiving lukewarm pretzels and a cold hamburger with a piece of cheese slapped on it not even melted. This was our second visit with horrible service.

I won’t be back. I placed my order for a four-piece chicken basket with who was the manager apparently and asked instead of the toast if I could just have extra fries but I was told I would get charged for that. The young man at the window was most helpful and told me the woman who took my order was the manager. She was miserable. I only go there twice a year maybe but won’t be back. There is no such thing as customer service anymore
