Have been getting ice cream sundaes from here for several weeks. The toppings were scantily applied. I’ve been asking for extra toppings to compensate. Last night my son picked up two large sundaes but when we opened the bag it looks like they’re now shorting on the ice cream. It was two medium sundaes in large sundae containers. We were charged for larges. Do better!! Or lose a customer. So many other places to buy ice cream from in Quakertown.

Owner is an arrogant jerk. They made a mistake on my daughters birthday cake which I paid over $50 for. I called and got nothing but excuse after excuse followed by being told that he would maybe “knock a few dollars off a future order” when I said I’ve only ever ordered ice cream cakes for my kids birthdays for the last 11 years. I order ateast 4 a year. I was told it wasn’t on the order and I could bring it back but basically tried to get me off the phone but wasn’t really looking to do anything. Obviously I couldn’t leave my daughter’s party and didn’t think I had to PERSONALLY Pick it up. When I said he was making up excuses and putting the blame on me he said “ok so when I figure out the employee it was I’LL FIRE HER!!” (Being very unprofessional and making a joke out if it all). WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN.

I am completely disappointed in the owner. I had several coupons for a free kids cone with no expiration date on them. I used 3 or 4 of them, but went to use one today and he says we can’t take them anymore. I asked why and he said they are older coupons so they are no good and it doesn’t work with our new computer system. I was shocked because he told his employees before to just throw the coupons away after I used it, so it has nothing to with the new computer systems. He just doesn’t want to give a kids cone away for free even through he acknowledges there is now expiration date and he’s the one that gave them out. He should have told me this he 1st time I went to use. Not allow me use them numerous times. He must really be hurting for money if he can’t give a cone away which cost what dimes to make. I will never go back there again, I don’t care if there is no other ice cream place around here!!!

I got the chicken basket with fries and because I had two coupons I made separate purchases my fries were always cold yet my boyfriend’s fries were nice and hot and fresh. Customer service SICKED
