The OWNER with short red hair elderly lady , was working the take out machine and was was to snotty and ignorant and would not stop talking over me while I was ordering messing up the order and saying I did not order an item when clearly I did and tried to argue about it. What happened to the customer is always right !! No manners at all.

I ordered a sundae for my elderly mother. Turned out to be only a little dish of ice cream and topping. I asked about whipped cream and cherry to make it prettier for her. Made me break a $20 to pay 38 cents extra for whipped cream, no cherries. Petty. I probably won’t go back.

The manager here was very helpful because I was busy with two kids. A little slow on service as they have very few people working. I left without getting our ice cream. Gets busy around lunch time.

The blts we had were terrific loved the iron grilled bread. The strawberry sundaes were good and you get more than enough. It was nice to see the employees working so well and happily together.

I got a pecan pie blizzard and the pecans were stale. The employees and owner are always nice and friendly. The owner is cheerful and lighthearted even though she has had to only have the drive up open. Not because of co-vid, but because she can’t get help.

This is the best dairy queen ever (Greenville, PA)…and it’s all because of the owner. She has her own hot dog chili that’s way better than the chain brand. Also has deep fried mushrooms, which none of the others carry, and uses the good strawberry topping for the ice cream, and not the yucky goop. Thanks for making it better than the brand!!! ❤️ They close in the winter time, but if you’re around any other time of the year this one is the best.
