First time ever at Dairy Queen and Ordered a cheeseburger deluxe and got nothing on it besides 2 Pattie’s with some cheese, but got charged for a deluxe sandwich. The hamburger itself was dry, didn’t eat it because it was like eating a dried out hamburger with cheese and bread. Guy getting my order made me wait 10 minutes before even acknowledging I was standing there to take my order.

The young kids make blizzards so different. Some have 3 pieces of candy, some have so much with barely any ice cream that you might as well get a candy bar. Few blizzards are made correctly at this location!!

The food could have been a little bit better got a four piece chicken strip combo and you get toast what it supposed to be buttered and was burnt and barely buttered. Also the chicken strips weren’t very hot. French fries were okay. The drive-through people were very nice.

This is hands down the absolute worst DQ I’ve ever been to. If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. I never leave reviews so you know this place is Bad if I do. Every single time we come here our order is completely wrong. The service and disrespectful is sickening. It’s all young kids that work in here, the stupidity is amazing to be honest. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. We will never come here again.

I did a mobile order so I did not have to deal with the lines. I got there at the time it said my order would be ready, there were about 20 people standing in line and I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my food. There is a sign to pickup mobile orders but it’s not like most places where they leave your food in an area for you to actually pickup. Which defeats the purpose of a mobile pickup. The fries were cold so i asked for new ones. They were still cold but i didnt want to wait any longer, So i took the loss and left. My stack burger was supposed to have white cheddar on it, it had plain american cheese on it… gross. This was the most disappointed i have been with this Dairy Queen.

This dairy queen never seems to disappoint. I grew up in, Washington & have been coming to this same one my entire life. I can only hold them accountable for innocently messing up one order of mine. It was an online order at dinnertime & they were understandably pretty busy on one of our first nice warm Spring days. I naturally was a little disappointed at first…but we’re all just human.

Was given a straw & 1 spoon for two blizzards.. One blizzard was correct, but not mixed. The other was supposed to be cookie dough. It has chocolate, cookie dough, brownies, oreos & pecans.. Already home with it, they also did not offer a receipt. So I can’t even take the food back.
