Mr kim is very rude when he is tired and has been a long day today was the last straw I been a customer for 12 years and he’s too cheap to hire help. He is getting old and ready should hire someone if he has to get mean when he is tired. I tried to place and order over the phone but his cut me several times not letting me finish explaining my burger order , then begin to fuss at me because I didn’t say I wanted “baskets” when I first said hello.. when I got there he started fussing at me again when I told him he was wrong he tried to give my money back to be and still processing to fuss at me taking his time to give me my change … I guess I was the one he needed to let some aggression out on today idk

The burger is a thin frozen patty, the fish is the square patty you get in school and nothing fresh about it. Freezer fries. No seasoning at all. The float was ok but nothing special. Highly overrated.

I called this place to ask if they took call in orders and the person that answered got very rude. I was surprised because this was one of my favorite childhood hamburger spots. He screamed at me before I could give him my order. I’m not sure if he is having a bad day, but I don’t spend my hard earned money at places that don’t practice good customer service. Its been 5 years or better since I ate here so I guess I won’t miss it.
