waited at least 10 minutes for them to take my order(which was fine) but i ordered a reese’s milkshake that consisted of pure peanut butter and little to zero chocolate. why i’m writing this review is because after all of what i just mentioned, i kept getting chunks of peanut butter through my straw and opened the lid to find gobs of peanut butter on the sides. they literally didn’t even mix it. so now i am mad i waited that long only to get this. stuff like this has happened before but it’s happening more frequently and they need to do better

I will NEVER go there again. Ordered a vanilla cone and the ice cream tasted rancid. When I asked the manager for a refund or exchange she was extremely rude insisting that she just got that “bag of ice cream” powder I guess today. She would not give me a refund or exchange.i only took one bite out of it. What kind of manager is going to question a customer that is exclaiming the food is expired bad DANGEROUS TO ONES HEALTH. SHE SURE AS HELL WOULDNT TRY IT.

The butterfinger milkshake was not very good. I don’t know what makes it “premium”, it didn’t come with whipped cream like the picture showed. There was plenty of crushed up butterfinger in the shake but was still lacking flavor. I guess I’ll just stick to the cones when we go there.

Love love love this place! My son loves the banana splits! I love the hot fudge cake! They are a nice change from DQ! And yes I love all the chains from Brewsters to Rolled Ice cream, Graters’, and Creamy Cow. Do not sleep on this icecream and yes we absolutely love it! If you ate one item and didn’t line it ♀️ try another. They have options to choose from

The hot dogs were orange… I simply asked if I could get the chili cheese nachos instead, and they were not trying to refund me and STILL charge me for the nachos. At this point I didn’t want either item. I did receive my refund for the orange chili dog( oh ,they said it was that color because they steam them). I won’t be going back..
