When I placed my order at the window, I was the only customer there. Six people walked up and ordered while I was waiting. All six received their order before I did. I went inside to ask the manager why I haven’t received my order, and a tall blonde lady who was at the window, very rudely interrupted (while rolling her eyes) with a lame excuse about how my food took longer to cook, although two customers who had placed their orders after I did, ordered the exact same thing and received theirs right away. I know orders mistakenly get omitted sometimes but what I won’t tolerate is rudeness from the staff, especially when THEY’RE in the wrong. Very poor customer service! The manager did offer to give me $2 off my order…which I declined.

This is a great local diner! The hamburgers and milkshakes are the best, but they also have just about anything else you could expect from a classic diner like this. Super friendly staff and the food is made to order, so it’ll always be hot and fresh! I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you’re passing through (if you live here you already know)!

I was a little disappointed today. Tried to do a call in order but the phone was always busy. When it finally started ringing, they hung up on me. So i went to the restaurant to make my order and i waited and waited and waited. Meanwhile other people were coming in to pick there orders up they called in. The whole time i was there, nobody was answering the phone. And I’m one of those people that believe in those that come after me, shouldn’t get there order before me. Which did happen to. If you can’t keep up, hire more help. The only reason i ordered from there is because that’s what my wife wanted.

Great DQ type cones and sundaes. Prices OK and quality is definitely above average. Its clean, with like restrooms, plenty of free parking in their parking lot. As a bonus its only minutes to Wal-Mart and other shopping venues in Union SC!

Went to Dairi-O with my wife when we first moved here. The lunch was fine with no surprises but the prices just didn’t seem to match the food. Everything just seemed like something that could be made at home but was at an above average price tag. Overall the experience wasn’t bad, the service was great, the food was good but I think it could stand to either lower the price to match the food or improve the dishes to match the price.
