The brisk-kee moco was fantastic! The brisket is tender, cuts easy with the plastic knife. Good salt level on the crust. SPAM musubi has beautiful balance of flavors. They take great care in preparing their food. Watch their facebook page for hours and specials because it’s WELL worth it.

Garlic shrimp is delicious! Mac salad is wonderful. I feel like this dish is a little pricey for a food cart at $17 (why are food carts here the same cost as sit down and eat restaurants?) but it’s really good!

I went to try the pineapple soft serve and that was the best soft serve I have ever had in my life! I will be returning to try the food. I got one thing of ice cream and finished it then made my fiancé go back for seconds for me. Seriously so yummy.

I was so excited to see Hawaiian food near me finally!!!! And it did not disappoint!!! The chicken was tender and juicy the Mac salad was on point and the rice was delicious as well! We will definitely be back. The people were super nice as well! All around a great experience!
