I have gone to this place for years. But as of today I will never go again. Their business practices are not good. And they are willing to sell you food thay has been sitting for over an hour, even though the delay was due to their faulty credit card machine. I will take my business elsewhere

I’m giving them 3 stars because I’m a regular who usually just purchase the same thing all the time and its great. I ordered garlic wings and they were horrible! They were over cooked and some weren’t cooked all the way. They were extremely hard. I picked through them and still didn’t eat them. Smh they need to figure out a better way to cook them or take them off the menu.

Order over $90 and half the shrimp dishes the shrimp was sour. The wonton soup was good when I tried initially but the next morning just tasted spoiled. I ordered shrimp and broccoli (which was good honestly) with fried rice. I wasn’t half way into my rice when I initially thought I saw a bug. It turned out to be a rotten carrot. I wasn’t paying that much attention while eating so it’s possible I ate other rotten pieces… Just be careful and look at your food before/while eating.

The food came hot and packaged well. However, as I was eating my chicken lo mein, just as I was about to put a spoonful in my mouth, I see a hair wrapped into the noodles. I have tight curly hair. This hair was straight and black. Appetite lost.

Dai Kim is a local carry out near me. They have great egg rolls, good Chinese food, mediocre chicken, and the worst fries ever. Idk how they manage to serve stale fries every time I’ve tried to get them. I’m also not a fan of their customer service. They’re short and slightly dismissive whenever questions are asked and just generally unpleasant when you enter the restaurant. Like they’re annoyed you’re there.

If I could give this place a -0 that would be their score. I ordered over 50 dollars in food on 3-18-22. I saved my chicken and brocolli for lunch just to see Dead Bugs on the chicken as I almost put it in my mouth. I was disgusted. I will never order from here again. I’m so upset and disappointed. People please exam your food before you put something in your mouths.
