Origin of Dagu Rice Noodle.
But the noodles would always be cold by the time they arrived at the island. One day, the wife discovered that the chicken soup she sent to her husband was still hot. She soon figured out that the thick oil in the chicken broth preserved heat and that the rice noodle tasted better if not boiled together with the chicken broth. The wife then started separating the chicken broth, rice noodle, and other ingredients and combined them altogether only after they have arrived at her husband’s place. The rice noodles tasted so good that the cooking method soon spread across the city. Local people named the dish crossing the bridge noodles in honor of the wife as she had needed to cross a bridge to the island every day.

The place is very nice clean. The service is fast and ver friendly. The food is pretty good. Hot noodle is best in cold weather. The affordable price makes it easy to try several appetizers at the same time. They are small portions like tapas but have a good variety.

Such a creative way to eat Shabu Shabu except they used rice noodles. I’ve enjoyed the experience eating noodle soup like this. Appetizer was delicious. Also I liked my soft tofu dessert. Highly recommend this place. Btw I like the soup base they used for my rice noodle hot pot.

I really like this place. The service was excellent, and the area was clean. The noodles were really good, and everything was served in a really cute way. I would highly recommend the brown sugar rice cakes (4.99) and the salty chicken (5.99). I would also highly recommend their boba; they have the cutest containers, and it was so good and had so much boba in it. I really loved the mango yakult slushy boba. The menu was relatively inexpensive, especially the apps. Not to mention the service was pretty fast and efficient. My family had a great time here, and I ever came back to Atlanta, I would go here again.

Came here in a spur of the moment. Didn’t know what to expect. It was lunchtime, the place wasn’t busy at all. Was seating right away. The menu had a lot of options I’ve never had before. Went with the cucumber salad, Takoyaki, and a tomato broth soup with beef shank(I forgot the name of it). The food came out really quick, the waitress was super kind and help. The cucumber salad was really delicious, I even packed the sauce home so I could make more cucumbers. The Takoyaki wasn’t the best, it tasted undercooked(too gooey).. The soup came with everything on the side. I tasted it before everything was added in and it was kind of bland. Once I added everything to the pot, the soup settled into this sour flavorful broth. The price was reasonable. I might go back again. Nice for a quick bite.

Highly recommend. The noodles taste great and there’s multiple different flavors to choose from. They also have a wide variety of appetizers and cold plates that are flavorful. Also the milk tea here is a must! Some of the drinks come with toppings already and the topping pairings are great. Also the grass jelly and iced rice dessert is phenomenal. Great place to dine at if you’re looking for a variety of food to eat and drink at one place.

Got a couple of things since I’ve never been here before and I loved most of it! Wasn’t the biggest fan of the Rice Noodles Soup with Brisket Shank, but loved everything else! The service was amazing and the cashier was super helpful and attentive during my time here. Will definitely come back next time and try more!
