Absolutely phenomenal service! I am so glad that the servers at the corner diner just down the street argued with each other about who had to wait on me while standing ten feet away from me; had they not, I would have stayed there and surely received sub-par service simply for being a party of one. Instead, immediately upon walking in to Dagotto’s Bistro, I was given a warm greeting. My interaction with the man at the counter was genuine and pleasant; he was funny and authentic. My food was delicious, the draft beer was cold and bubbly, and the man who’d taken my order was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and while they do not have table service per se, he continued to attend to me throughout my meal. I can’t wait to go back and work my way through their menu. Thank you for the great experience!

Just dined here for the first time. Wow!! Amazing dinner entrees, the chef clearly has both class and knowledge with Italian food. The wine selection is superb and Tony can explain every description, flavor and aroma of each of the wines. I’d love to pick his brain on recipes and wine selection someday. Food was excellent in flavor and I will certainly be back, both for the personable staff and the food. A+!

Good overall paninis though it seems like a sit down but you actually have to order at the bar. The staff is very friendly and came out and offered us grapes for dessert. Great location in downtown Golden and quick service. Seating is somewhat limited and it did get busy when we were there at lunch on a Sunday.

Came in on the first Saturday of the month during the Golden Super cruise. Place was pretty quiet. Service was good. Food was great. We had the original Italian, muffaletta and meatball. Meatballs were amazing according to our friend. Muffaletta was delicious and very meaty. Original Italian was great as well. We will definitely go back again. Keep up the good work!

Customer service was good. Sandwiches were deelish. I got a muffuletta panini and boyfriend got cowboy panini. He said we wasn’t impressed with the Buffalo but was good. I enjoyed the muffuletta. The bread has herbs in it. The meat was thinly sliced, tasted fresh and had good flavor. This would be a good place to come before or after Coors tour.

Tasty paninis. We enjoyed the salmon panini and the buffalo panini. Unfortunately the bread on the salmon panini was quickly soaked with juices from the salmon and soggy. The buffalo meat didn’t have as much flavor as we would have liked. It was tasty not quite like the paninis that I have had before. The owner, Tony I believe, was very friendly. Nice location. Cute restaurant with a beautiful mural and it was very clean.

Best sandwiches in Golden! Don’t get me wrong, D’deli is great, but the hot paninis at Dagotto’s are the best! Their location just off of main street makes them have less traffic and have more space than D’deli, so it’s a no-brainer to just pay them a visit instead of waiting in line 20 minutes if you’re in a sandwich kind of mood.

Surprisingly quiet in here for a place that serves up such a good Italian sausage sandwich.( BTW, sliced and put on panini is the way to eat Italian sausage.) Dagotto’s is located away from the foot traffic. I’m enjoying a good view of Tabletop Mountain from my seat at the window.
