I have been missing the dry pho spot in SF Larkin street since they closed down so I had to find an alternative to satisfy my cravings.

Their dried noodles is everything on point. The noodles is soft, the sauce is good, chili oil is provided, generous on meat and shrimps and reasonable price. I mean this place is in South Bay. Must try!

Best restaurant in San Jose, good price n the food is awesome. We’re family of 5, ordered for 5 people (3 bowls of noodles n 2 plates noodles n rice) but only could finish for 3 bowls even we shared all , tried to finish but had to get a Togo box for the rest of 2 plates

I like their dried Da Lat yellow noodle. The quality of the noodle is good. The 3 shrimps are fresh, sweet and delicious. The special house sauce makes the dish even better. Have eaten there several times and have never had a stomach ache unlike other restaurants. The bean sprouts and condiments are fresh.

My experience at DaLat Restaurant was a mix of highs and lows, with their Egg Noodle Soup with Jumbo Shrimp and Meat standing out as a delightful and delicious signature dish. The flavors in the soup were fantastic, and the jumbo shrimp and meat were cooked to perfection, adding a rich and satisfying element to the dish. It’s certainly a must-try for any seafood lover.

Phở and Hủ Tíu, the meats came straight from the freezer and taste like paper. What’s the point of even trying to put (a lot of) those in, they’re gonna be wasted anyway. (This is common for many Vietnamese restaurants in Bay Area, sadly; their quality begin very good and then keep declining as they grow). The pictures included are the chicken and pork that I couldn’t swallow.

Limited menu compared to the other Da Lat, much less choices. Food quality is mediorce. The pork meats in hu tieu are kind of dried out, but the shrimps are big and yummy. Price is still reasonable.

It’s a great Pho restaurant in San Jose/Milpitas. I like the Pho that I ate here and I may go back again. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The restaurant was clean and offered good food.
