My Hubby surprised me for my birthday with a trip to San Diego. I was looking for some comfort food and man did I find it here at Da Big Easy Bayou! Everything was amazing and tasteful. The Customer Service was great the whole team made you feel welcomed like family and they even called the customers by name like they new them forever. Definitely a 10/10 from me.

Delicious southern style soul food! The red beans & rice are delicious!! Honestly, every thing we’ve tried has been tasty. I’m addicted to their potato salad and peach cobbler and try my best to make a weekly visit to get my fix lol. The customer service is top notch and who doesn’t love to support a good small family ran business?! Bonus it’s a veteran owned family business!! We will forever be regular customers 🙂

Everything was delicious! I had the fried red snapper with fried shrimp. Some of the best fish batter ever! I’ve tasted the fried okra, the mac & cheese and collard greens. Everything and I do mean everything was delicious. Yes, that is a cherry Kool-Aid slushy in the background. It doesn’t get any better than this. Right in my neighborhood too

Stumbled upon this hidden gem and let’s say you will not be disappointed. The food is the highest quality, fresh, flavourful food you will ever had. We order a platter that had 1 piece of snapper, 1 piece of hushpuppies and 7 shrimp with Mac and cheese and hushpuppies. The best cooking ever, fish fried perfectly, Mac and cheese flavourful, hushpuppies seasoned amazing. Staff super nice, friendly service. Don’t make no dang sense how good this food is

Ya’ll! I am a native New Orleanian who does not frequent a lot of commercial restaurants back home cause we know how to do it ourselves. So when I tell y’all that Da Big Easy is legit, baebae let me tell ya the peach cobbler is the best I’ve ever had! The oxtails were falling off the bone delicious and flavorful as you can tell by the after plate! The Mac and cheese is sooooooo good and pairs excellently with all of the entrees that I have tried. The yams are incredible y’all! They also pair wonderfully with the smothered pork chops and gravy and fried fish. The fried okra isn’t pictured because I had eaten it on the drive home and this is every time I order food which is every weekend. Sometimes twice on the weekends. I’ve been telling everyone I know about this spot. Better than Sharon’s Creole Kitchen and Felix’s.

I was craving for some soul food and im glad that I came across this restaurant which happens to be close to my house!! Enjoyed my chicken wings with gravy n rice, mac n cheese, french fries and corn bread!! TO DIE FOR! Will come back more often. Thank youuuu. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
