I so wanted to love this food. The service was great. The time to get food was great, about 15 minutes which is not a bad thing. We’re patient, on vacation so we can wait. But the food was okish. Basil chicken tasted like it was held over for 2+ days and then microwaved. I bet it was good when it was fresh but 2 days later it wasn’t good and stale. The combo plate of kalbi ribs and chicken was the same. Tough and bland. The salad was fresh and so was the rice. Too bad cuz the service was phenomenal

Ordered the chicken fried rice from the food truck. Took 30+ min. The chicken was no better than low quality thigh meat. Overall, not a very good mish-mash of sticky rice. This on the evening of 6/29/22.

Seriously Da Worst! They Said the wait was going to be 30 minutes. Ended up being an hour and a half. Dude was basically tryng to get us not to order and they weren’t even busy! Called my number after an hour just to tell me they didnt have what we ordered! Avoid at all cost! Food was meh. Really not sure how they are in business. Must be working for free. Maybe delivered 10 orders over the 1.5 hours we waited. So pissed and disappointed as were the other really annoyed people waiting. More than the stupid wait and the bad food was a waste of a night on vacation that I cant get back.

Ordered the rare steak Vietnamese pho and fresh shrimp rolls. The pho was delicious and well worth the 45 min wait onWed evening around 7.30pm. Cashier was clear that it would take 30+ min but i was ok to give it a try. I wasn’t expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the the juicy thin slices of beef and tasty, well balanced beef broth in the pho. The fresh roll was crunchy and paired nicely with the generous portions of peanut dipping sauce. There was no issue with utensils and service was friendly and honest. I would go earlier the next time!

I ordered the special pho around 5pm, and it came out so fast! It looks as good as it tastes. I’m not sure why others say it took so long to get their food ready. Personally, they were very kind from the minute I ordered to the time I got my food, and they were very apologetic for the wait even though it came out within maybe 10min. Considering this is one of the few soup/pho places on the island it is well worth “the wait”. So yummy!!!

They only cook one order at a time, so be prepared to wait. They told us 30 minutes, but it would up being 45 minutes. The food is definitely not worth the wait. If it hadn’t taken so long, I’d probably give them two stars (the fish was overcooked and everything else was just meh..

Well, what can I say besides disappointment? The ordering process was the only decent part. Then you have the waiting part. I was told 25-30 min. Ok, I get it, they were busy. It took nearly an hour to get my food. And when we got it, nothing to write home about. I ordered the spring rolls and tofu sandwich. The sandwich was not listed as spicy, as in too spicy to eat. It was overpriced and I have had better spring rolls at Panda Express. Probably the same kind since I saw them take them out of a freezer and into the fryer. So how does that equate to almost an hour of waiting?!?! Def won’t be back.

THE BEST vegan vietnamese I’ve had on Maui, except… They’re not open today at 4. They really need to update their hours on Google Maps! I highly recommend the lemongrass tofu with vermicelli and the eggplant with vermicelli. It’s worth the wait. You’ve got to show up at 5 to beat the crowd. I promise you it’s worth it. I’ve seen people phone ahead and skip the wait. They really need some live music to entertain the hangry folks waiting. Meat eaters are especially grouchy when they don’t get their fix when they expect to. Also, sometimes their card reader breaks so bring cash so you don’t end up waiting in their mega-long line only to be disappointed.

Should have read all the other reviews – be prepared to wait an hour for your food. Very rude of them to not tell people before ordering and let customers make that decision. Instead they hold you hostage and tell you after you pay and no refunds. The food was decent though and good portions.
