I don’t like to leave negative reviews. Often a bad experience with a business is just one bad day, but that is not the case here. Two stars because the food is indeed fantastic. Unique in the area, and better by far than any other local pizza. That said, the service has deteriorated regularly. Every one is polite, but wait times are excessive. Order online for either delivery or pickup and you get a time for your order to be ready. Delivery is typically 70 – 75 minutes. That’s a long wait, but the actual delivery is 30 – 60 minutes beyond the delivery time stated. This has been the case the last 4 times we’ve ordered. They are apologetic if you call to check, always stating they ‘got really busy’. One would reasonably expect that orders are prepared in the order received, but that is clearly not the case. Tonight the pizza was apparently tipped on it’s side in transit…see pictures. Pizza, no matter how good, is not worth a 2 hour wait, and when it arrives like this, it’s time to say enough.

Easy online ordering system. Picked up my order with ease. The restaurant is very welcoming and there’s a few table to sit at set up with candles- super cute. Staff were so nice and friendly. Pizza was very tasty and fresh. I got the baked lasagna and added jalapeños- highly recommend!

Great stromboli and pizza. I think the stromboli is the highlight. It’s packed full of flavor, the dough is fluffy and light, and their marinara compliments it extremely well. The pizza is unique to the Oneida area, and is far more flavorful than nearby pizzerias. My only complaint is their wings. If you’re used to the wings around here, and elsewhere, you’ll find that they lack sauce at D-Rays. I recommend asking for extra sauce if you want it to be “normal”.

Generous portions and exceptional service to boot. I’ve ordered from here a couple times now and have been blown away each time. I ordered the baked potato pizza and 10 piece boneless wings, and was given WAY more than 10 wings, which were all very plump and delicious. My delivery driver was the sweetest lady who went above and beyond making sure my order arrived at the correct location. Cant recommend this place enough!

First time ordering here. Ordered over the phone. Ordered wings and a new york style pizza. Pizza was fabulous. Great flavor and dough was great. Wings were a bit over cooked for my liking. Too crispy and dried out on several. A couple were really good. A little too light on the sauce. It was very tasty sauce, but I like more. A few adjustments next time I order and I think this may be my new place. Got my order in about an hour, delivered, so that is very acceptable for me.

The best pizza and stromboli I have ever had! Friendly staff and clean interior. The specialty pizzas are all amazing. My favorite would have to be the truffle mushroom . It is to die for. Nothing like this place in Central New York.
