Been having more and more problems here. Starting with the ridiculous hour and a half wait time on slow nights. Just had the last straw where (I dont even know of they have drivers anymore or just use doordash) but our order at 9:20ish wasnt discovered until 11:40. I dont know if they dont care but instructions and common sense dictate you indicate a drop off. So not only did I wait 2 hours for my food on a Sunday night, it was cold. THANK YOU!

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to get calzones there all the time and they were decent. Last night we waited over two hours for a delivery. If I had been told the wait was that long, I would have found someone who could have run out for me to pick up or ordered elsewhere. When I called them after an hour and 45 minutes, they told me it had already been delivered. But I was paying cash- so there was no way. They then called me back and said the person would be there in ten minutes. It was longer than that, but I don’t blame the delivery person – they said there was ONE of them working. Just would have been nice to know the ACTUAL wait time- giving me the opportunity to order elsewhere. They were ice cold in smashed boxes when they arrived, which made the dough like hard cardboard and inedible. Inside my calzone, there were parts of the meat that were completely plain and parts that did have sauce on them. I couldn’t even mix the sauce around because of the cardboard dough on the outside. It was absolutely the worst and went right in the trash. $50 worth of calzones. Don’t get me wrong- I’m not expecting gourmet food. I get that it’s mass produced, chain, “bad for you”, processed food. I’m not picky. This was just completely awful and a waste of money.

What a disappointment. Ive ordered here before, first time the calzones were undercooked and i had to put them back in the oven for about 15 minutes because they were actually cooked through. The second the food was pretty good but the last two times I’ve tried to order (around 11 on the weekend) they’ve been closed even when it says they’re are open. Today i even got a text from them specifically saying they’re open late, so planned to get dinner later and yet they were closed again.

Take your business elseware. If i could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 11:30pm, the estimated arrival was 1:02am. 1:30am rolls around and i still dont have my food, so i called to get an ETA on the driver, and after THREE call attemps i finally got ahold of them. I was told that theyre short staffed because of call-offs and that my food will be delivered as soon as possible. Ok thank you I understand, things get backed up. Well its now 2:10am. and i STILL do not have my food. Theyre not picking up their phone because they closed at 2. I finally got my food at 2:30am . I didnt get a Sorry from the driver. Instead she said “I forgot your drink, ill have to go back and get it but i dont know when thatll be i have other orders to take care of” . I waited THREE HOURS my food is cold and they forgot my drink! all in all i paid $36 to wait three hours for a cold calzone, and wait even longer for my drink with not even an apology. Wonder if i’ll take an additional 3 hours to get my drink..

Ordered at 1214 am it was estimated 114 am and it’s now 2am as of now and no food. I called 20 minutes after scheduled estimate and got an answer saying it was on its way to be here any minute now. Be nice if I get something or atleast have a chance to get reimbursed for the time waiting

Waited over an hour for a calzone, and tatertots. The boxes were soaked and ripped, the tatertots were soggy from the whoever knows and cold, calzone was also cold, cheese wasn’t even melted anymore. 25 bucks for this? Waste of time and money.
