I’ve been going here for 21 years now. Not only is this one of the best Cuban sandwiches in Tampa, but everything they make is just amazing. Most of the time I get the bacon egg and cheese on Cuban, it’s definitely my favorite. When you open the door it’s smiles and greetings, you’ll feel Like part of the family. If you’re in the area you have to go, you’ll be missing out on the best Tampa has to offer if you don’t.

Cuban was pretty good. Was surprised to see sandwiches sitting waiting for guests so the bread was alittle hard/crisp to my liking but overall flavor was really good. Great prices! 3 sandwiches and a deviled crab for 22$ pretty decent! The gentleman that assisted me to the direction of the door and the ladies were so nice! Thanks D&D! ((You guys have biscuits and gravy?!))

YES! Braised duck leg quarter on special! Really good tender and plentiful. The Cuban was also one of the best you will ever have. Skip the tourist traps a few blocks north and go to d&d, you won’t be disappointed.

My husband & I frequent this establishment often for lunch. Everyone is always so warm & inviting but it’s the food that keeps us coming back! The food is exquisite. They offer a different special daily. Lamb shank, stuffed chicken breast, pot roast, ropa vieja, etc etc and everything they make is literally so perfect!
