Haven’t been in for several years but thought we would give the new menu a try. Upon sitting down we were informed they were out of 50% of the menu(all chicken, all tacos, calamari, hush puppies). What they did have was pretty terrible. Pulled pork had the texture of baby food, not sure if they boil or steam it to reheat but whatever they do just about dissolves the meat. Not an once of smoke flavor on the meat. My son had nachos and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Not many options on the lake but this goes to the bottom of the list.

Not impressed. No draft beer, food was ok. Ordered a pizza and it came with cheddar cheese. Not what we were expecting. Although, even with mozzarella it still would have been just ok. View is nice and our server was friendly.

We love visiting Lake Blackshear. My family has came here on several occasions for as long as i can remember. We’ve always enjoyed the lake, but getting some good food from the cypress grille is always worth the trip. Just had a recent visit, the menu has changed some. Bur still has great options to choose from. Pictured is a pepperoni and Italian sausage Flatbread and a hamburger and side salad. We also ordered onion and jalapeño petals with a side of dipping sauce. DELICIOUS

Great customer service experience. The food was great. Cypress Grill is housing Cordelia’s while it’s being renovated. Cordelia’s is the main restaurant at the Lake Blackshear resort. So the menu is an abbreviated version of what Cordelia’s has to offer. Everything was flavorful and fresh. The view of the lake as the sun was setting was beautiful.

I got the triple threat which was burnt sausage, cold pulled pork and chicken on a stick. All 3 proteins were extremely dry and bland. The fact that the sausage was visibly burned black was sad.

Great atmosphere, but the food was just ok. Not a lot of menu choices. $18 bucks for a few shrimp and one side. They were out of all the mixed drinks they offer on their drink menu. Kinda disappointed. The music was great! Just wish they would step up their food game a couple notches and this place has potential to be awesome!
