Received the most Amazing, personal service tonight from our waiter Christian and his mgr Berno! Dinner was delicious and perfect! Service was excellent and with a Smile! The drinks were perfect’ I had La Llorona which was Fabulous! ThSouthwest Egg-rolls were soo good! Hubby had the Crispy Shrimp Tacos they were delectable! My Sister in Law ordered Pollo Anaya and it was to Die for!!!!

Friday nights in city center are crazy so i understand it was very busy. No one came to help us for a very long time. Then a server Marco saw we needed help even though we werent his table and he came to save the day. Marco was super attentive and made the meal great! The drinks were just ok. The food was good though. I really enjoyed the mole under my flautas and the crab nachos.

My server was Jose’! Very nice older gentleman. He was patient and attentive. 3 managers came by to check on how I was doing. I was dining alone. This was my 2nd visit. Brunch the first time. This time lunch. Awesome environment and great music!

This was date night…we sat at the bar. The service was terrible. We had to ask for missing items at least three times. The bartenders seem to be preoccupied with “Regulars” and other casual conversations. They both were super inattentive. Every time we asked for something that we had asked for before we were told it was free. I would hope the condiments are free. It was annoying. After paying the bill we sat to finish our drinks and it was like they refused to pre-bus the area…pics attached. We visited this location on 8/3/2023.

My boyfriend and I had such a great lunch experience thanks to our server, Star. He was enthusiastic and kind as he made excellent recommendations based on our preferences. He had a knowledgeable gauge on mild vs. spicy menu items. I was surprised to find out that he was relatively new to the restaurant following our meal. This was my first time dining here and we will definitely be back, thanks to the excellent service and delicious food. Thank you very much again, Star! I ordered Mexican chopped salad with fajita beef, I was expecting beef strip but it’s actually tiny cubes. When the waiter brought out the salad, he said no dressing because it contains cilantro. Shouldn’t he tells me that when I ordered salad?! He also mentioned we are in Mexican restaurant, a lot of dishes contain cilantro, feel like he is telling me I’m not suitable to dine in Mexican restaurant..
