A sweet lady called me to discuss my online order (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but please look up date / time of order & employee schedule – 6/11/23 circa 7:45pm). She explained the variances of how the cheese cooks between the two halves I ordered, and then recommended cooking regular instead of well done to avoid burning.

Burnt and dry boneless wings. Bad customer service. Pizza was good though.

Has really gone downhill over the last six months, both in customer service and in the quality of the food. I’ve been a loyal weekly customer for the last sixteen years, but my last three order experiences were terrible. And please don’t respond that ‘you would have remade my order,’ because my marinara (which has been awesome for years) tasted like it came out of a chef boyardee can. I wouldn’t have wanted more. Please just pull it together because I won’t be back until you do.

It’s our second time. Cuzino’s serves fresh tasting dishes from pizza to salad and italian style pizza.

This place can cook a damn good pizza and it’s always ready in under 15 mins…normally about 10. Never have to wait, never have had bad customer service, always get my order correct. I appreciate this place, I always stray to find a competitor that’s even comparable and I ALWAYS come back, cause it’s super consistent and always good. Best place for pizza in Delaware, hands down!

Excellent Italian Hoagies and Turkey/Ham Hoagie. Customize the way you like it and perfection every time. We treat ourselves to take out once a month and it is always Cuzino’s hoagies. Extra lettuce, Oregano, sweet and hot peppers is how we love em. Oh soooo good.

I have been going to Cuzinos on Rte 40 for years (back to Nino’s days). I recently ordered a pizza special (large +3 toppings), a large cheese, and 20 wings. The bill came to $60 which is, in my opinion, way too much for 2 pizzas and wings. I understand the strain they must be under with rising costs and I have been supporting my local restaurants throughout the pandemic, but I struggle to rationalize $60 for what I purchased. I hope that in the future Cuzinos is able to provide similar prices prior to the pandemic but for now I can’t continue to pay the new prices.

I’ve ordered from them a few times and was always satisfied. Today I’m going to blame the delivery woman for my dissatisfaction because the pizza was cold mainly because she didn’t have it in the insulated bag also this is the first time it has taken over 40 minutes to get my order.
