2 stars because some of the stuff has been really good. The main issue is that she doesn’t follow her own menu as far as what goes on what because, in her own words, she uses what she has on hand. So don’t be surprised when you get a breakfast burrito that is missing 2 of the main ingredients but is packed with a handful of banana peppers instead because she ran out of the other stuff. Wouldn’t be a problem if she let people know when they ordered instead of surprising them when they take a bite. I feel bad for people with allergies and food sensitivities who have to experience this because it’s honestly dangerous to put stuff in peoples food that they did not order just because it’s a “vegetable”. A banana pepper is vastly different than mushrooms and should never ever be a substitute for them.

Women was not very friendly and took very long to make simple things. we were the only ones there besides a man who she was non stop gossiping to the whole time. weird environment and not welcoming. Instead of being greeted when we walked in she told us she probably couldn’t make anything for us. If she didn’t have the ingredients she could’ve just closed. The “bowl” was disturbing and basically just hummus and an egg. I hope the service gets bette r because we were very excited to try this place out…

I tried the cutting board for the first time today and it was absolutely awesome! We called ahead to order and the service was fast, the owner was very kind and I definitely will be returning again!

The sweet chicken wrap was superb! Service could have been less terse, but I didn’t go in looking for a best friend. What I did find was delicious food at a fair price! I will no more complain about Oswego’s lack of Panera. We have The Cutting Board.

Very good food and fair prices. Not friendly service. It always seems as if we aren’t welcome, that we are inconviencing her when placing an order. If you don’t call ahead, you’ll be waiting awhile, we never think to and it takes our entire hour lunch break to get served and finish our meal. Many times when asking for something, they are out of the ingredients to make it.

This is a busy lady at lunch time. She was working hard to get the take out orders ready. But, totally worth the short wait. Food was wonderful. Chibata bread panini with a nice schmear of beet hummus. Fresh ingredients and nice combinations. Little crunchy baby carrot slices were a nice texture.
