Had breakfast and dinner here while staying at the Four Seasons and we we’re not disappointed. The chicken and steak dishes were well prepared and the raw bar items were high quality. The only negative things we could find during dinner were that our server’s shift ended mid meal and the decanters that were showcased had not been cleaned and had fingerprints all over them; not a big deal but didn’t meet the standard they’re trying to set. Breakfast, however, was perfect. The eggs were top quality as was the fruit and the service was flawless. There’s plenty of options for restaurants in Manhattan but I would likely visit this location again.

Went here for lunch and got to try the full menu. I had the ribeye steak. It was cooked perfectly. The crust on the outside was magnificent. I definitively would recommend this place. The waitress was top notched with her service.

Had dinner at Cut for a special occasion, then again for a drink at the bar on another visit to the area. The food, service, and atmosphere here were all fantastic both times. This restaurant is located within the Four Seasons hotel downtown, making it a nice go-to spot if you’re staying at that property.

The staff that night really helped our group understand the menu and all the highlights which helped us have a unforgettable experience. Highly recommend if you are downtown Manhattan.

I went here for date night, and I was thoroughly impressed with everything from the service to the atmosphere. Everything was top-notch. I was most impressed with the fact that I was able to check my handbag. I have never been to a restaurant where I was able to check my handbag. The menu was extensive many options for both food and drinks. The waitresses were very well knowledged on the menu. This restaurant is on my list to return to.

Incredible dining experience. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was so delicious. My son and I had the filet and it was perfectly cooked. We went a little crazy on the sides, but they were worth the indulgence. My son couldn’t stop eating the table caramelized onion bread. This is an expensive restaurant, but worth the price for the experience.

This is my third time coming here and it might be my last. Although service was amazing, the food wasn’t. The first time I came here (January 6th 2023 for my anniversary) , the food and service was absolutely delightful. My Rib eye was cooked to perfection, Mac and cheese had so much flavor!! Lorddd. The second time (April 5, 2023) the service was outstanding, Tuna tartare on point , Mac & cheese was bland but my rib eye was amazing. So i gave them a pass on the Mac. Yesterday (June 17th, 2023) the service was great but the food was so BLAND. I’m so disappointed. The Mac and cheese lacked flavor, my rib eye was bland ( also room temperature) and my hand cut fries weren’t even warm. My food tasted as if it was just sitting there. I don’t know what’s going on, but get it together guys. The price should match quality and I just don’t feel like I received that yesterday. :(( Below I attached some photos , I didn’t bother taking a picture of the steak or fries. Oh well
