This place is great , I walked in the day before Easter , not sure if I could even order a chucuterie board . He said go do some errands I can have it done in 15 min . It was wonderful ! He put on all his favs , which became ours !

OMG. Drove by, saw the smoker, pulled a uturn. We were recommended the ribs and the brisket by the staff. Devoured the ribs in the parking lot. Very nice bark, awesome red/pink smoked meat, perfect tenderness. Will be coming back and sending my other chef friends here.
