The food here is good. I had the bbq chicken cup with noodles and cabbage. I also had potstickers. They were pretty small but they were packed with flavor. Next time I will get the rice and noodles. They put two different sauces on it, both were really good. I can be a little confusing ok where to order. It would be great if they put up an “order here sign”. I will definitely try this restaurant again.

This location is awesome and the staff is THE best! I come in at least once a week and everyone has been super nice. The food is delicious, and definitely satisfies the Korean BBQ craving without the all you can eat price. The spicy pork specifically is worth a try. I will definitely be back for more.

Excellent customer service and even better food!! It was my first time here and Jamie was super friendly and helpful. Got to try a few samples before I made my decision and went with the beef bowl with the meal option that came with potstickers. I will definitely be coming back to this location !!

Tried the fried chicken and beef BBQ bowl. It was okay. I wish the mixed the meat in and not just put it on top. By the time I got to the bottom it was all just rice and cabbage.

CupBop is my FAVORITE! The food here is terrific, especially the sauces. I go every Friday to treat myself. I’d like to give 5/5 stars but this last time I went, there was an issue. You guys REALLY need to put up a sign when there is no spicy mayo. This last time I went, I ordered and they made my bowl with extra sauce but instead of putting on the usual spicy mayo, they used some alternate sauce, without even telling me. I asked if they were out of the regular sauce, and they said they were out. I get home and try this different sauce and it was WAY too spicy, plus, it wasn’t what I ordered. They offered me a free bowl, but I don’t want one with this too-spicy-sauce. I think it is the restaurant’s duty to inform the customer BEFORE they order if their food is going to be different. Right now, I feel swindled. Sadly, this is the second time this has happened.
