I usually have a great experience, but my most recent was terrible. I got a gluten free kko ko bop. They didn’t seem to care that I needed it gf. The first time they put sauce on it that I know isn’t gf, so they remade it with no sauce (even though I know they do have gf sauces), and they left of the chicken! I think they need better training on which items are gluten free.

Normally LOVE Cupbop, but I asked for extra sauce, and this is what they gave me. This is soup, this is absolutely nasty, this isn’t cupbop, felt like a prank or a really angry worker

Food is likely enjoyable if you haven’t had Korean food before, or prefer street food style over a sit down Korean meal. It hits the Korean food spot for sure! but Korean food lovers will need to check expectations as items (e.g. japchae) are made with the bare minimum ingredients.

I’m a teacher. I love my students and I love Health. One of my students, Alma, told me about a little place up the street that sells Korean barbecue in a cup. She said it’s probably pretty healthy. Let’s be real: I know nothing about Korean barbecue but I know Samsung originated over there. Slay. I know that Black Pink is a pretty decent band. I’ve heard they’re called KPop. Cupbop sounds similar and Alma told me it’s delicious. She’s an exceptionally good student and I trust her.

For some reason there’s always something different with our food every time we go. Level 5 is not the same every time. Sometimes it’s way hotter than others; but the same flavor. And today, I got the Mandoo Bop…only 5 Mandoo instead of 6 that there’s supposed to be. We’ll ask for gluten free noodles. I’ll do pickup and when eating it’s super evident they did not do gluten free noodles. It’s annoying that there’s no consistency or attention to detail at this location.

Love this place! The staff are so kind and fun. Had a great meal – K-dawg and kid Cupbop (beef, rice, Kimchi w/ #10 spicey), then red bean ice cream and turtle chips. Recommend!

Food was good unless you don’t like korean. 3* for service and the way things were handled. Took alot of time for food and while removing empty bowls I see water dripping on to food bowls which is not good. A little combination of options.
