The K-Dawg was awesome. The cheese pulls just wouldn’t stop coming and for the price, it’s well worth it! I had the cheese filled K-Dawg with the bread crumbs on it. Definitely recommend it, forewarning it does take 5-8 minutes wait if you order it! Staff is really nice though too! Ice dream during July is half off and it was super good too, we tried the strawberry filled and for the price it’s delicious! It’s like a huge cream puff but creamier! 10/10

Great customer service and the food was prepared quickly and was hot when ready. We will be back again. Can’t wait to get home and try it!

I was excited to try the new K-Dog but waited quite a while for it to be served to me with raw dough. Tasted like wet flour on the first bite. It sucks because this is usually a good location but I am totally turned off. The floors were quite sticky and the girl who took my order had a hard time communicating with me.

Interesting food and quite tasty. The combination of chicken, rice, noodles, and cabbage was interesting and somewhat went together. The Mandoo (potstickers) were the highlight of the meal. I loved those. I ordered the Rock Bop with the tangy chicken. It was good, but I ordered a level 2, expecting a good tang, but not spicy. Well, it was spicy! I don’t know if they felt it was a different number, but my mouth was on fire after the meal. The noodles again were a bit too doused in sauce for my liking, I actually choked a couple of times while eating a good portion of noodles. Not bad lunch, but not something I would rush out to eat again.

Cup bop is usually amazing but this location really did a bad job tonight. I ordered 2 cups and both had the wrong meat options. Neither had hardly any rice, one was swimming in some kind of unidentifiable liquid, and the other had probably twice as much sauce as was necessary. Not sure what happened.

Usually my experience at Cupbop is good but not at this location. I came in before 8 and they didn’t have a lot of meat. We ordered 4 combo pop and the meat was just a little in all of our order. Later in our stay we asked for another combo pop and they said they did not have any meat just veggie and it was 8:20. This is ridiculous if you close at 9. We requested a corn dog (I don’t know the name) at 8:46 and the kitchen was already cleaned. This is my worst experience at a Cubbop.

Clean restaurant, classic style cupbop. Knowledgeable staff. Located with a gas station out front so parking can be a little strange. Also not a ton of tables in the restaurant. Otherwise good location if you live on traverse mountain and you’re craving CupBop.

I arrived to pick up an Uber Eats order and was told abruptly that they don’t fill togo orders after 8:30. I called Uber and had them make a note so that this store will be flagged to not receive anymore to go orders after the staff doesn’t feel like filling them. The staff member I spoke to was borderline rude and a little smug. She said sorry about that but then smiled at her coworker like she didn’t really care. It makes me wonder how other customers would be treated. I would not ever order food here, either in person or via a food delivery app.

This place is usually great. Today I ordered cup bop for me and my husband and we wanted to try the new corn dog. The bowls came out first but got cold waiting for the rest of the meal. The girl assisting us mumbled everything and did not seem sober. She could hardly stand. Waited over ten minutes and the corn dog and it was not done and doughy on the inside. There was a guy working who needs a raise. He was hustling and the female employee was definitely in his way.
