Service was 5 star. The lady working was very sweet and easy to talk to. The food was good. Very full of flavor. My only issue was the ease of eating. The food is piled into a straight bowl. Meat on top then noodles then rice then cabbage. I was full by the time I got to the rice and cabbage because it was difficult to mix or cut the large portions of meat without a knife. If I eat here again I will probably have delivered as it’s not easy to eat inside of the restaurant. Also I got the 7.5 spicy and it was definitely a kick. Cleared my nose for sure.

Fantastic service by Esmeralda and her crew, very willing to happily cater to my wife’s gluten allergy, and the food was fantastic; we snagged one regular Ugly Bop (mine), one Gluten-Friendly Ugly Bop, and one order of Ramen930 – all were delicious! When we’re in the area, we’ll absolutely eat at Cupbop again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good but the problem is, they didn’t tell us that they were out of some of the ingredients that were supposed to be in the bowl. It was not till after we started eating and didn’t see or taste the item that we inquired and they told us that they were out. It was not a major component of the dish but something that was wanted or we would have not ordered it.

The service was incredible and the food was great. I truly appreciated how patient the staff were when we were trying to figure out what we wanted to eat, describing each meal in great detail to help us figure out what we wanted. The store was clean and comfortable, making the customer feel comfortable and confident when they ordered. Plus they filled our cupbops nicely with meat.

Great fast casual joint. The chicken was delicious and would have been even without the tasty sauce. Truly surprised with the food quality. Next time I’m craving Korean but don’t have time for a multiple hour K-BBQ outing, I’ll be returning here.

4/18/22-Good food. They have different protein options that you can pick from including tofu. They also have 10 different heat levels. Their prices are about average for the amount of food they give you. The best way to eat it is to stir everything together.

This place is fantastic! All of their food is packed with flavor and it’s good for you! I got the Rock Bop and it was so delicious! Their Potstickers as a side are great as well! You will be very satisfied and full after you are done eating!
