We read the online reviews and were super excited for some gluten free noodles. We were under the impression that employees would change their gloves between gluten free and non food if we told them, they did not. Furthermore, we were the 2nd people in the restaurant and had to wait 20 minutes for our noodles to cook. Then after telling the employees we were getting two ugly bowls they proceeded to serve everyone else the fried chicken and by the time our noodles were done there was non left. We waited 20 minutes for noodles and ended up not getting our order. One of the front of house workers spoke in whispers and I could not understand anything she said even if she repeated it. This same employee almost served us tangy chicken that the other employee had just told us was not gluten free and would have given us that if not for the other employee. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and the workers. However, the food was good but, I am dissatisfied with the quality of workers and the care they put into our needs.

I love this place! The food is truly delicious. The employees at this Cupbop put a lot of care into how they prepare the food. I can definitely tell that the current manager has trained the employees really well on how to prepare the bowls and other items that they offer. They even weigh the different ingredients out on a scale to ensure that you get a good ratio of rice, cabbage, and noodles, and they definitely don’t skimp you – the food barely fits in the bowl! I’m definitely going to continue being a loyal customer of this place. Highly recommended!

Cup Bop was fun! We had never been and the staff was so nice. They explained the process and didn’t rush us or make us feel silly. The food is pretty good and they have some fun drinks too.

For starters, the Rock Bop & Ugly Bop are superior to all others choices. With that being said the food here is great! The staff is always friendly and never really a long wait for your food so it’s a great lunch spot during work hours. The milk peach drinks in the can are reallly reallly good too! Level 7 is the perfect spice level while retaining a good flavor, anything above that is more spice then flavor. Fire in the hole could be spicer, wasn’t impressed and the flavor wasn’t there.

I just went in around 7:20 on Thursday the 24th and immediately after walking in I noticed the girl working seems overwhelmed and new to the job. I was only second in line but it took over 10 min to have my order taken because she was helping another couple. I could hear two people in the back just talking and goofing off in the back while she was out there helping numerous customers by herself causing long wait times and an overwhelmed worker. There was also no music or anything in the cafe, only the music the workers were playing in the back so this made for an awkwardly quiet experience while we were all just watching this worker struggle while listening to her coworkers talk in the back. At one point she had to go ask for help with a half cash half card transaction and Trent came to help and then instead of helping the customers in line, he just went straight back to the BOH to resume his conversation. Not very professional, you can tell young kids are working here. I used to love cup bop, but this location has disappointed numerous times.

I really love cupbop, but I don’t think I’ll come back to this location. I walked in and the music was blaring, and three kids were playing around. I was asked to place my order and while I was talking the cashier was throwing hats back and forth with the other kids in the back and talking over me. I asked for the Doochi Bop with a side of rice. I had to repeat myself over the kiddos playing around with eachother. I did not get my side of rice. I asked for extra glaze sauce on my dish… I did not get extra sauce. I would recommend an actual adult to watch over this crew. I came home and added my own glaze to the dish, which tasted flavorless other than the heat from the spicy sauce, and am now having a snack from home because I didn’t get enough food to eat. One of the most important parts of customer service is actually listening to the needs of your customer. I felt ignored, and that I was interrupting their play time. Please find someone to oversee your late afternoon shift kids…. They are in there playing around and I don’t think I’ve ever had a more unprofessional experience with cupbop. They need a real adult to keep them on task and keep them from playing and talking over customers when we’re trying to place an order. Bummer experience.

Every single time I go here, they are ALWAYS nice and have great customer service! Even when the place is full of hungry people, they are still nice! I always empty my bowl too quickly, but hey I mean, it tastes amazing! Haha I’ve tried several different types of bowls and I have yet to try a bad one. Thank you to you guys!!
