1 star is far too much!! I pulled up to get a coffee and at first he stared at me through the closed window. He finally opened it just a little. I asked what brand of sugar free they use, he said does it really matter that much ma’am. I was in shock he said then get the hell out of here and slammed the window. He kept yelling but I took off! He is OLD and Crabby!!!

DON’T STOP HERE. This guy is mentally unstable. He charged us $31 for 3 medium lattes and a reg coffee. While we were waiting we added it up, should’ve been $24 max. He yelled at us, told us he didn’t have any paper when I asked for a receipt. We told him he overcharged us, then he yelled “what the hell is wrong with you” and slammed the window. Rudeness on steroids and a thief!

Great service and good coffee! Right off 101 with an easy U turn drive through. They only have almond and soy alternatives which I prefer hemp, rice or cashew. Drinks were also a little too sweet.

After 4 years of visiting the coast, Nylas has always been our favorite coffee shop. The owner has always been kind to us, and seeing the bad reviews breaks my heart. People have zero patience and just because he doesn’t stick his head into your window like Dutch bros, doesn’t mean that he is rude or grumpy. Give him a break, were all just trying to make a living. The coffee is the best on the west coast. Try an iced salted caramel white chocolate mocha, and you will se what I am saying. Thank you
