Super clean, very friendly staff, quick service, and fresh food. This is the only place in Northwest Arkansas that I can find that serves fried white fish at a fast food restaurant. The mashed potatoes that I had were fantastic and I ate something else but I don’t even remember what it was I was so fries perhaps. SO good two thumbs up can’t wait to go back!! cannot wait!!

I haven’t been inside. I’m assuming it’s nice in there. A lot of times if I ask for a certain condiment, I don’t get.

Absolutely sparkling clean. The food was fantastic and way too much for me to eat. I had two of the Codfish fried Order of mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw, and a buttered roll. so much food!! I did not however have dessert though I did take some home to my mother. The ambiance was fantastic the staff was top-notch and to be honest I’m considering switching from the place where I work to this one it’s this was my first visit ever I didn’t even know it was a thing but I’ve been looking for a fish restaurant for ages and I finally found one take a look at my photos, see what you think and give your review if you ever have one two thumbs up highly highly highly recommend.

First time trying Culver’s and I wasn’t disappointed, friendly staff, clean restrooms. Put in my order and had it at my table within about 4 minutes. Got the deluxe double, it was hot, fresh and assembled perfectly, it was a damn good burger!

Culver’s are usually great family friendly places to get a burger. Only problem is this location isn’t. The food quality was what I’ve grown to expect and love. The problem was the service. The staff seemed annoyed that customers were walking in at 11:45 for lunch. But they were fine, took our order and carried on. The main issue was that after sitting down I realized that the entire restaurant was listening to songs about bad b!+€#es and f^€king pu$$y totally unedited. So I went and politely asked for at least a radio edited station to be put on. The 20 something year old staff members seemed unsure of how to do that which seems highly unlikely. But maybe the controls were locked up somewhere. My family then endured three more unedited songs while finishing our meal. To say the least the environment was not family friendly and when a simple request was made to get it family friendly, the staff were unwillingly to help. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if playing that kind of music violates the franchisee agreement.

We were very excited about finally getting a Culver’s here in town. My Wife is from Wisconsin and I am from Illinois we have eaten at many Culver’s including the Sauk City original restaurant and the largest one. It is one of our favorite places to eat because they are all very consistent. That is until tonight. I ordered the Sourdough melt and my wife ordered the cashew chicken salad. Her salad was all arugula and it was slimy and wilted or frozen. The chicken was cold and some was warm. This is one of her favorite salads she would get in Delavan Wisconsin. My sourdough melt was not toasted and was not good. If you look at the pictures you will see what we were served disgusting to say the least. We have had the cod here and they either over cooked it or undercooked it. Seems that this Culver’s does not subscribe to the same quality control points that the other Culver’s we have been to. I really do not think the owner and the management staff care or they would have gotten it right by now! Do not eat at this Culver’s! If you want and miss Culver’s take a drive to Joplin they get it right!! Dave might want to come to Rogers and try it. I’m sure he will not be happy!

The service was great and the food looked fantastic! The only issue I have is that they have a warning about the sesame allergy and if you have an allergy to please let the cashier know. I am allergic to all things sesame, poppy and chia seed. I let the cashier know and he went to speak to someone, I’m assuming one of the cooks or the manager. He came back and let me know the only thing I could get was fries (other than the ice cream of course). So while I couldn’t eat, my family did and it looked fantastic!

My first time to try Culver’s. Very nice, clean. Great for kids and adults. Menu was very good price friendly. They have dine in drive thru, delivery and pickup options. Seating outside. If your in the mood for something besides burgers they have other options as well, chicken and fish which both looked really good. Also great salad options, strawberry salad looked really good. Have to try that on my next visit. Check them out

I’m happy that we have a Culver’s in NWA now. The burgers are good, but the fries are meh. Service was good as well.
