Definitely frustrated with ordering the flavor of the day. The first time I thought it was possibly a fluke not remembering what it was but this is the 2nd time where it’s not what is advertised. I am better off ordering from the menu for ice cream because today was the crazy caramel fudge cookie dough. I ordered 2 scoops and didn’t get any caramel, only 1 tsp of fudge and 2 pieces of cookie dough. I paid 5 dollars for basically vanilla custard. Just a suggestion to train employees on the flavor of the day.

New to Leavenworth. I’m vegetarian. The food is tasty, but they seem to, often, be out of their vegetarian fare, which is disappointing. It’s clean, with a pleasant atmosphere. It has a very nice decor and unique layout inside. The service is provided by, mostly, teenagers. So, it is a great opportunity to learn customer service skills. I’ll visit again, because I like the atmosphere.

True Bookworm
First time visit and it will be the last. My partner wanted to support this new Culver’s location. I ordered two Chicken Tenders, a Spicy Chicken sandwich (with only onions, pickles and mustard) and a Strawberry Cheesecake Custard. Right away we could tell the customer service was lacking. Although the restaurant was not busy, it took roughly thirty minutes to receive our small order. The top that normally come on the frozen custard has a hole in it therefore, we requested a top that did not have a hole in it (a regular drink top). Customer service really made a big deal about providing a closed top. Pretty sure a lot of people do not want their food or drinks open and exposed to elements. My tenders tasted half done almost like they were cooked in the same grease as fish. My chicken sandwich was limp and the bread was hard. Furthermore, my “frozen” custard was not frozen. It had the consistency of a warm milkshake. During our visit, numerous people were coming up to the counter reporting issues with their food as well. If you read my reviews you would know that customer service is extremely important to me. From now on we will take our business back to the Legend’s location.

Four stars because while it is great food for a good price, you will almost certainly be pulling forward and waiting about ten minutes for your food after getting through a lengthy line. Strongly recommend the mushroom and Swiss burger. Their shakes are perfect and so are their burgers.

Won’t be back. Their system was messed up when I paid which is understandable it happens then the girl just handed me my change saying I’m not sure what your change was. Like really? Then we waited 20 min for our food before going in to find out they gave our food to somebody else then they tried to argue that they gave it to us before we showed them we still had the sticker. Mistakes happen but own up, apologize and make up for it. Not some 1 scoop ice cream coupons and arguing like we’re trying to steal what we paid for

The fish sandwich did not have much tattoos sauce on it. When I asked for more, it was going to cost .38. Not alot of money. But I had no cash. And didn’t want to use debit card for if. So took it home and put tartor sauce on it. Not great re heated.

There was a mistake on my order. Where a meal ordered was actually added to order. Didn’t fusss about it as I should have asked the drive through cashier to read back the order. I did have their smoothie mango strawberry I think it was great. Simple mistake, would still go back.

This was our first time visiting, and OMG, they went above and beyond for us. I have Celiac Disease, so I can’t have gluten at all. I can not praise Ethan, Arthur, Patrick, and Jason enough for their dedication to my safety. We will be making the 45-minute drive to this location. Seriously, those individuals deserve a raise!

Good is excellent, but it seems they don’t have a good drive-thru plan considering they know they make to order. Always seems I have to wait for 8 to 10 minutes for my food. That being said they have very good customer service…despite the waiting.
